Daytona Beach Swimming is a Parent-Run program and without your help the team cannot function.
Please consider the investment of a little bit of your time to help support the Daytona Beach
Swimming programs by volunteering for a Board position. Board Meetings are held the first Tuesday
of every month and generally run from approximately 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm. Various Board positions are
up for election at our May 8, 2010 banquet. These two-year terms that are up for election are as
follows:
Chairman of the Board
Secretary
External Vice President
Port Orange Pool Coordinator
Ormond Pool Coordinator
DSC Pool Coordinator
Edgewater Pool Coordinator
Diving Coordinator
Please consider running for one of these positions. All nominations will be mailed to swim families
along with the banquet invitation. Elections will take place at the banquet. If you, (or if you know of
someone) are interested in running for one of these open positions, please reply to Sharon Serra at
SerraS@flcourts.org and Brian Venables at b3rcv@yahoo.com by Monday Feb 8, 2010. Remember,
without your involvement there is no team.
